You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license solely to store, encrypt and transmit it as necessary to provide our services. We do not access the unencrypted contents of your vault.
KeepAfter.me offers annual and lifetime subscription plans. All fees are quoted in Euros and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing upon 30 days’ notice.
The emergency release workflow is designed to transfer access to your designated beneficiaries after a verified life event. We undertake rigorous identity verification and document review, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any legal or inheritance dispute that may arise outside the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reputational Architects S.r.l.s. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
